Handling Fee Schedule for Arranged Tour

(1) Handling Fee	A. In the case of combined arrangements of accommodation and transportation facilities and sightseeing tickets, etc.	Within 20% of the total travel cost. *The minimum charge is ¥550 per arrangement for each accommodation facility, transportation facility, and tour ticket, and ¥1,100 per person per segment for airline ticket reservations and issuance.
	B. In the case of arranging accommodation facilities individually.	Within 20% of the cost per accommodation facility, etc. (minimum 550 yen)
	C. In the case of arranging transportation facilities individually.	Within 20% of the cost per arrangement for each transportation facility, etc. (minimum 1,100 yen) *If the cost is less than 5,500 yen, a handling fee of 1,100 yen will be charged.
	D. In the case of arranging sightseeing tickets individually.	In the case of arranging sightseeing tickets individually, the handling fee per arrangement for each sightseeing ticket, etc. will not exceed 20% of the cost. (minimum 1,100 yen) *If the cost is less than 5,500 yen, a handling fee of 1,100 yen will be charged.
	E. In the case of arranging airline tickets individually.	Within 20% of the airfare per person per sector (minimum 1,100 yen)*If the airfare is less than 5,500 yen, the handling fee of 1,100 yen will be charged.
(2) Change Procedure Fee		Within 20% of the travel expenses for such changed or cancelled accommodations, transportation, sightseeing tickets, airline tickets, etc. The minimum amount shall be the aggregate of the following: 550 yen for accommodations, transportation, and sightseeing tickets for each arrangement, and 550 yen per person per sector for airline tickets. *110 yen per ticket for refunds up to 15 days prior to the designated entry date for Tokyo Disneyland Resort.
(3) Cancellation Procedure Fee
(4) Airport Assistance Service Fee		11,000 yen per assistance
(5) Tour Conductor Service Fee	Tour Conductor Services	33,000 yen per tour conductor per day

Travel Consultation Charges

(ⅰ) Consultation for planning customers’ trip	Basic fee: 2,200 yen for 30 minutes (additional 2,200 yen for every subsequent 30 minutes)
(ⅱ) Preparation of travel itineraries	2,200 yen per itinerary
(ⅲ) Preparation of travel price quotations	2,200 yen per quote
(ⅳ) Provision of information on travel destinations or transportation and accommodation facilities, etc.	1,100 yen per A4-sized document
(ⅴ) At customer’s request, on-site consultation	An additional 5,500 yen for items (ⅰ) through (ⅳ) above

Note:1. Each of the above fees includes consumption tax.2. “Travel Expenses” means the expenses paid to transportation and accommodation facilities, etc., under the name of fares, accommodation charges, and other items.3. The above charges do not include the actual costs of telephone charges, communication charges, shipping fees, etc. Actual communication costs may be charged separately.4. The above fees are non-refundable in the event of trip cancellation.5. (1) above: Even if the customer cancels the tour at his/her request after the conclusion of the tour contract, the handling charge will be collected.6. (1) above: “Arrangement” includes also discoveries without reservations.7. (1) above: In the case of consecutive nights at the same facility, it will be treated as one arrangement per case.8. (1) above: “Arranging transportation” means making arrangements for private railways, buses, ferries, etc., excluding JR.9. (1) above: Simultaneous arrangements for the same transportation service will be treated as one arrangement, regardless of one-way/round-trip, sector, number of passengers, etc.10. (1) above: “Arranging sightseeing tickets, etc.” means organizing admission tickets excluding TDR and USJ, meal tickets, shrine and temple tickets, etc. Arrangements for the same facility will be treated as one arrangement, regardless of the number of persons involved. It also includes arrangements for weddings (ceremony, photos, etc.).11. (2) and (3) above: Charges will be applied for changes or cancellations after arrangements have been made. In case of change, a fee will be charged for each change.12. (2) and (3) above: Handling fees for (1) above will be collected separately.13. (2) and (3) above: Cancellation fees, accommodation charges, penalty fees, and other charges already paid or to be paid to the accommodation and transportation facilities, etc., will be charged separately.14. (2) and (3) above: Tokyo Disney Resort will not collect a fee in the following cases:
•When refunds are made after the prescribed cancellation fee has been collected (14 days or more prior to the designated admission)
•Refunds due to various changes (ticket type, name, etc.).15. (4) above: If the service is provided between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM, or on Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, etc., there will be an additional charge of 5,400 yen.16. (4) above: Actual transportation expenses will be charged separately.17. (5) above: Transportation, accommodation, and other expenses necessary for the tour conductor to accompany the tour will be charged separately.18. (5) above: Telephone charges and other actual communication costs will be charged separately.
