1.Significance of these Travel Conditions

This trip is planned and implemented by ConciergeBANK CO., LTD (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), and the customer participating in this trip shall conclude a contract for an order-made tour (hereinafter referred to as “tour contract”) with the Company. This document, together with the attached “Planning Document” and the attached “Explanatory Document for Terms and Conditions of Custom-Ordered Type Specialized Tours and Contract Document (for domestic use)”, will be treated as the Explanatory Document for Terms and Conditions delivered to the customer in accordance with Article 12–4 of the Travel Agency Act, and if a tour contract is concluded, as part of the Contract Document in accordance with Article 12–5 of the same law and Article 9–1 of our General Travel Conditions for Custom-Ordered Type Specialized Tour Contract. The contents of the tour contract which the customer intends to conclude shall be as described in these documents.

2.Contract for an order-made tour

“Customized Tour Contract” means a tour contract for which the Company prepares a tour plan at the request of the customers, specifying the destination and itinerary of the tour, the details of transportation or accommodation services available to customers, and the amount of the travel fare payable to the Company, and which is implemented accordingly.

3.Application for a tour contract

• (1)

  The customer who wishes to apply for a contract concerning the contents of the plan delivered by the Company to the customer shall fill in the prescribed items on the Company’s prescribed application form etc., and submit it to the Company together with an application fee in an amount separately determined by the Company.

• (2)

  Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding item, a customer who wishes to conclude a communications contract with the Company must notify the Company of his/her membership number and other items designated by the Company using an application form, etc. prescribed by the Company.

• (3)

  When a travel application is made by a person responsible for the contract as a representative of a group of customers, the Company shall deem that the contract representative has all the rights of representation regarding the conclusion and cancellation of the travel contract. We may ask you to submit documents proving the identity of the person responsible for the contract within the group or a letter of attorney from the member of the group to prove that the contract representative has been designated by a customer who is a member of the group (hereinafter referred to as “member”).

• (4)

  The contract representative must submit a list of participants to the Company by the date determined by the Company.

• (5)

  The Company will not be responsible for any debts or obligations that the contract representative has already incurred or may incur in the future to the participants.

• (6)

  If the contract representative does not accompany the group, we will consider a preselected group member to assume the role of the contract representative once the tour begins.

• (7)

  Those with health problems, those who use wheelchairs or other equipment, those with physical or mental disabilities, those with food or animal allergies, those who are pregnant or may become pregnant, those with assistance dogs for the physically disabled (guide dogs, hearing dogs, service dogs), or those who need special consideration are kindly requested to inform us of their specific needs at the time of application. (Please also notify us immediately if you develop any of these conditions after the tour contract has been concluded.) We will comply with the request to the extent possible and reasonable. If it is not certain that the Company will be able to take the measures requested by the passenger, or if there are doubts about the passenger's eligibility to enter the destination country, the Company may refuse the application for the tour contract or cancel the tour contract. In addition, the cost of any special measures taken by the Company for the customer based on the customer’s request shall be borne by the customer.

4.Refusal to conclude a travel contract

Any one of the following is a case upon which we reserve the right to decline the execution.

• (1)

  In cases where there is an inconvenience related to our business.

• (2)

  When a communication contract is to be concluded and the customer is unable to settle all or part of the liability related to his or her tour price as stipulated in the card membership rules of the affiliated company due to the invalidity of the credit card held by the customer, etc.

• (3)

  The customer falls under any of the following (ⅰ) through (ⅴ).

  • (ⅰ)

    When a customer in question subscribing for the tour is likely to create a nuisance for other customers or hinder smooth implementation of the tour as a group.

  • (ⅱ)

    When a customer is recognized as a gang member, a semi-gang member, an associated gang member, a person or company related to crime syndicates, a corporate racketeer or any other antisocial forces.

  • (ⅲ)

    The customer has made violent demands, unjust claims, threatening statements or violence in connection with transactions, or other acts or behavior equivalent to these against the Company.

  • (ⅳ)

    The customer committed acts which may damage our reputation or obstruct our business by spreading false rumors, the use of fraudulent means or by force, or other acts or behavior equivalent to these.

  • (ⅴ)

    In the case of the offer mentioned in item (7) of the preceding paragraph, when it is not certain that necessary measures can be taken for your participation, or when there is uncertainty as to whether or not you will be able to enter the country of destination.

5.Time of conclusion of travel contract

• (1)

  The tour contract is established when the Company accepts the contract and receives the application fee.

• (2)

  When concluding a contract with a contract representative, the Company may, by special written agreement, accept an application for a contract without receiving payment of an application fee. In this case, the tour contract will be concluded at the time of delivery of such special written agreement.

• (3)

  The application fee shall be applied to the tour fee, cancellation fee, and any other money the customer pays to the Company.

• (4)

  Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (1) above, the Communication Contract shall be deemed to be concluded when we issue a notice of acceptance of said application upon receipt of your notice of acceptance, and said notice reaches you.

6.Delivery of contract documents

• (1)

  Promptly after the conclusion of the tour contract, the Company shall deliver to the customer a contract document describing the tour itinerary, contents of tour services, tour fee and other tour conditions, and the Company's responsibilities.

• (2)

  In the event that the Company delivers the Contract Document, the scope of tour services that the Company is obligated to arrange and manage the itinerary under the tour contract shall be as set forth in the preceding item of the Contract Document.

7.Determinate Document

• (1)

  In case where it is not possible to state the determinate itinerary or the names of transportation or accommodation facilities in the Contract Document, we will list the names of facilites scheduled for accommodation and the names of transportation facilities important for indication in a limited manner. Additionally, after the Contract Document is issued, we will deliver a document with description of determinate conditions on or before the date specified in the said Contract Document but no later than the day immediately preceding the starting date of the Tour (or the starting date of the tour in cases where subscription for the tour is made on or after the 7th day from the day immediately preceding the starting date).

• (2)

  In case of the preceding paragraph, when an inquiry is received from a customer who whishes to confirm the status of arrangements, we will respond promptly and properly to such an inquiry before delivery of the Determinate Document to the said customer.

• (3)

  In cases where the Determinate Document has been delivered, the scope of our responsibility for the tour service in making arrangements and managing shall be limited to the scope described in the said Determinate Document.

8.Time of payment of tour fee and change of tour fee.

• (1)

  The amount of the tour fee will be stated in the Planning Document of the order-made tour. The customer will be required to pay to the Company the tour price, on or before the date determined by the Company prior to the starting date of the tour.

• (2)

  In cases where the transportation fare and charges applicable to the transportation facilities used for the tour (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Applicable Fare and Charge’) are revised significantly beyond the price level normally anticipated, due to notable changes in economic conditions or other factors, in comparison to the Applicable Fare and Charge that was publicly posted as effective rates on the date specified in the tour itinerary, we reserve the right to adjust the tour price by the difference amount, either increasing or decreasing, within the range of the said adjustment.

• (3)

  In cases where we increase the tour price as privided in the preceding paragraph, we will inform the customer to that effect before the 15th day immediately preceding the starting date of the tour. In this case, the customer may cancel the tour contract without paying the planning fee or cancellation fee prior to the start of the tour.

• (4)

  In cases where the Company reduces the tour fee pursuant to paragraph (1) above, the Company shall reduce the tour fee by the amount of the reduction in the Applicable Fare and Charge.

• (5)

  In cases where we have stated in the Contract Document that the tour price varies with the number of persons utilizing the transportation and accommodation facilities, etc., and when the number of persons participating in the tour changes due to the causes not attributable to us after the execution of the tour contract, we reserve the right to change the amount of the tour price as described in the Contract Document.

9.Alternation of Contract Content

• (1)

  When a customer requests changes to the contents of the contract, the Company will comply with the customer’s request to the greatest extent possible. In such cases, the Company may change the tour fee.

• (2)

  In case there arise causes beyond our control, such as act of God, acts of war, civil commotion, suspension of tour services by transportation and accommodation facilities, etc., orders from government and other public agencies, the need to use transportation services not based on our original transportation plan, and other causes, and when it is considered unavoidable in order to effect the safe and smooth implementation of the tour, we may be required to change the itinerary, contents of travel services and other details of the order-made tour by explaining promptly to the customer beforehand the reasons for the nature of such causes being beyond our control and the correlation between such causes and subsequent changes. This shall be the case except at the time of an emergency, in which case, when unavoidable, we will explain to the customer after the changes have been made.

10.Change of Customer

• (1)

  A customer who has executed the tour contract may assign his/her status under the said contract to a third party, subejct to our consent.

• (2)

  In cases where a customer wishes to obain our consent as provided in the preceding paragraph, the said customer will be required to fill in the necessary information on the form designated by us and submit it to us together with the handling fee in the designated amount.

• (3)

  The assignment of the status under the contract, as provides in this paragraph (1), shall take effect when approved by us. After such approval, the third party who has acquired such status under the tour contract shall succeed to all rights and obligations concerning the said tour contract executed by the customer.

11.Customer's Right to Cancel the Contract

• (1)

  The customer may cancel the tour contract by paying the planning fee or cancellation fee as specified in the planning document. However, if the Company clearly indicates, with attached vouchers, the amount of cancellation fees, penalty fees, and other costs necessary for canceling the contract for tour services involving transportation and accommodation facilities, etc. , as defined by the transportation and accommodation agencies, etc.(hereinafter referred to as ‘transportation and accommodation agency cancellation fees, etc.’), the cancellation charge in case the customer cancels the tour contract before the tour begins will not exceed the total amount of transportation and accommodation cancellation charges, etc., already paid or to be paid by the Company to the transportation and accommodation facilities, etc.

• (2)

  In cases of cancellation due to reasons beyond our responsibility, such as loans or travel arrangements, the planning fee or cancellation fee stated in the planning document will be charged in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

• (3)

  Notwithstanding the provision of the precending paragraph (1), the customer may cancel, in any of the following cases, the tour contract without paying the cancellation fee before the start of the tour.

  • (ⅰ)

    When there has been significant changes in the contents of the tour contract as exemplified in the left column of the table in Paragraph 15.

  • (ⅱ)

    In cases where the tour price has been increased under the provision of the Article 8, paragraph (3); (Except when the customer requests a change in the contents of the contract.)

  • (ⅲ)

    In cases where there arise such causes as acts of God, acts of war, civil commotion, suspension of tour services by transportation and accommodation facilities, etc., orders from government and public agencies, and other causes, whereby it becomes impossible or highly unlikely to carry out the safe and smooth implementation of the tour.

  • (ⅳ)

    In cases where we fail to deliver the Determinate Document to the customer on or before the date specified in Article 7, paragraph (1);

  • (ⅴ)

    In cases where the implementation of the tour has been precluded as scheduled according to the itinerary described in the Contract Document as a result of causes attributable to us.

• (4)

  Notwithstanding the provision of paragraph (1), when the customer has been unable to receive the tour service as described in the Contract Document after the start of the tour due to causes not attributable to him/her, or when we have informed him/her to that effect, the said customer may cancel the Contract for that portion of the tour service that he/she has been unable to receive, without paying the planning fee or the cancellation fee. In this case, we will refund the customer by deducting from the amount related to the portion of the travel service that cannot be provided any longer, the cancellation fee, penalty charge, and any other expenses already paid or to be paid, provided that the reasons for the cancellation are not attributable to our fault.

12.Our Right to Cancel the Contract

• (1)

  In any of the following events, we may cancel the tour contract prior to the start of the tour by explaining to the customer the reason for the cancellation:

  • (ⅰ)

    In cases where the customer is considered unable to participate in the said tour due to illness, absence of a necessary aide/helper or other such causes;

  • (ⅱ)

    In cases where the customer requests a burden exceeding a reasonable range with regard to the contents of the contract;

  • (ⅲ)

    In cases where the customer is likely to cause trouble to other customers or interfere with the smooth implementation of the tour as a group;

  • (ⅳ)

    In cases where it is highly likely that the conditions required for implementation of the tour as described at the time of the execution of the contract, such as the sufficient amount of snowfall necessary for a ski tour, may not come into being;

  • (ⅴ)

    In cases where there arises causes beyond our control, such as acts of God, acts of war, civil commotion, suspension of tour services by transportation and accommodation facilities, etc., orders from government and other public agencies, or other causes, whereby it becomes impossible or highly unlikely to carry out the safe and smooth implementation of the tour as scheduled according to the itinerary described in the Contract Document;

  • (ⅵ)

    In cases where the Communication Contract has been executed, and the customer is unable to settle in whole or in part the liability relating to his or her tour price, etc. as stipulated in the card membership rules of the affiliated company due to such causes as the credit card held by the customer becoming invalid;

  • (ⅶ)

    When it is found that the customer falls under any of Article 4, paragraph (3) item (ⅰ) through item (ⅴ).

• (2)

  In cases where the customer does not pay the tour price by the due date specified in the Planning Document, the customer will be deemed to have cancelled the tour contract on the day immediately following the due date. In this case, the said customer will be required to pay the cancellation fee specified in the Planning Document or a penalty charge in the amount equal to the planning fee.

• (3)

  In any of the following cases, we may cancel part of the tour contract even after the start of the tour by providing an explanation to the customer regarding the reason for the cancellation. In such cases, we will refund the customer the remaining amount after deducting the cancellation fee, penalty charges, and any other expenses that have already been paid or are payable for the said tour service from the cost related to the portion of the tour service that the customer has not yet received out of the total tour price.

  • (ⅰ)

    In cases where the customer is considered unable to participate in the said tour due to illness, absence of a necessary aide/helper or other such causes;

  • (ⅱ)

    In cases where the customer interferes with the safe and smooth implementation of the said tour by not following our instructions as given by our tour escort or other staff , or by disrupting the disciplinary order of the group activities by assaulting or threatening the said staff or other customers;

  • (ⅲ)

    In cases where there arise causes beyond our control, such as acts of God, acts of war, civil commotion, suspension of tour services by transportation and accommodation facilities, etc. orders from government and other public agencies, and other causes, whereby it becomes impossible to continue the tour.

  • (ⅳ)

    When it is found that the customer falls under any of Article 4, paragraph (3) item (ⅰ) through item (ⅴ).

• (4)

  When the Company cancels the tour contract in accordance with the provisions of this Article, paragraph (3) (ⅰ) or (ⅲ), the Company will make every effort to arrange, at the Customer's request and expense, for the necessary arrangements to return the Customer to the place of departure.

13.Responsibility of Our Company

• (1)

  In the execution of the travel contract, we will be responsible for the compensation of damages caused to the customer intentionally or negligently by us or by our agent (hereinafter referred to as the “Business Agent”) who has been engaged by us to make arrangements on our behalf. Such compensation shall be limited to cases where notice has been given to us within two years from the day immediately following the day when the damages occurred.

• (2)

  In cases where the customer has suffered damages due to causes beyond the control of our company or our business agent, such as acts of God, acts of war, civil commotion, suspesion of tour services by transportation and accommodation facilities, etc., orders from government and other public agencies, and others causes, we will not be responsible for compensation, except in the case of the paragraph (1).

• (3)

  With regard to damage caused to baggage, we will compensate the customer up to ¥150,000 as a maximum amount per customer (except in cases where the admages have been caused by us intentionally or by our gross negligence), only in cases where we have been notified of the damages within 14 days from the day immediately following the day when the damage has occurred.

14.Special Indemnities

• (1)

  We will pay Indemnities or visitation money (hereinafter referred to as “indemnities, etc.”) for certain damages to the life, body, or baggage of the customer caused by a sudden and accidental external accident while the customer is participating in the tour, in accordance with the provisions of the Special Compensation Regulations of the Terms and Conditions of the Travel Agency. The outline of indemnities, etc. is as follows. However, indemnities, etc. will not be paid in the event of any of the reasons listed in Chapter 2 of the Special Compensation Regulations.

  • –

    Indemnity for Death: 15 million yen

  • –

    Solatium for Hospotalization: 20,000-200,000 yen

  • –

    Solatium for Hospital Visits: 10,000-50,000 yen

  • –

    Compensation for damage to personal items: Up to ¥150,000 per customer
    (However, the maximum amount of compensation is 100,000 yen per covered item.)

• (2)

  In the event that the Company becomes liable for the damages as stipulated in Article 13, paragraph (1), the compensation paid by us shall be allocated, in part or in full, towards the compensation for the damages for which we are responsible.

• (3)

  In the event that a specific date is designated in the contract document on which the customer will not receive any travel services arranged by the Company (according to the standard time of the travel destination), and if the contract document explicitly states that no compensation or other payments will be made for any damage to life, body, or baggage resulting from an accident on that date, such day shall not be considered as ‘during tour participation’ under Item (1) above.

• (4)

  We will not pay any Indemnity, etc. in cases where the injuries occur, while participating in the tour, from any one of the causes listed below;
  Willful misconduct of the customer, Drunken driving, Intentional violation of laws and regulations, Receipt of services provided in violation of laws and regulations, Mountain limbling (which requires mountain climbing equipment such as ice axes, crampons, ropes, hammers), Luging, Bobsledding, Skydiving, Hang gliding, Operating an ultra-light motorized plane (such as motorized hang gliders, micro-light planes etc.), Flying a gyro plane, and other dangerous activities similar to these.

• (5)

  If we are covered by insurance that pays indemnities, etc. based on this Special Indemnities provision, indemnities, etc. may be paid by the insurance company.

15.Guarantee of Itinerary

• (1)

  In the event that any of the changes specified in the “Alterations Requiring Payment of Indemnity” column of the table outlined in paragraph (3) of the travel itinerary occur, the Company shall pay indemnity for the changes based on the rate stipulated in the “Percentage per Case” column of the said table, in accordance with the provisions of the General Conditions of Travel Business (Order-made tour contract section). However, the maximum amount of indemnity payable by us for alterations per customer under one tour contract shall be limited to 15% of the tour price. Additionally, if the indemnity amount per customer for one tour contract is less than ¥1,000, we will not pay indemnity for the alteration.

• (2)

  We will not pay indemnity for a change if the cause of the change listed in the “Alterations Requiring Payment of Indemnity” column in the table specified in Item (3) is due to the following;

  • (ⅰ)

    Acts of God

  • (ⅱ)

    Acts of war

  • (ⅲ)

    Civil commotion

  • (ⅳ)

    Orders from government and other public agencies

  • (ⅴ)

    Suspension of tour services by transportation facilities such as cancellation, suspension of service, closure, etc.

  • (ⅵ)

    Offering a transportation service which does not follow the original travel plan such as delays, changes in transportation schedules, etc.

  • (ⅶ)

    Measures required to ensure the safety of the life or body of the tour participants

• (3)

  Alterations requiring payment of indemnity and the percentage per case are shown in the table below.

16.Responsibility of the Customer

• (1)

  In the case that we have suffered damages due to the willful misconduct or negligence of the customer, the said customer will be required to compensate us for the damages.

• (2)

  The Customer shall make use of the information provided by the Company and endeavor to understand the rights and obligations of the Customer and other details of the tour contract as described in the Contract Document.

• (3)

  Should the customer realize that the tour service being offered differs from that as stated in the Contract Document after the start of the tour, the customer will be required to report promptly to us, our Business Agent, or the provider of the said tour service at the location that is being toured. The name, address, contact telephone number, etc. of the Company's arrangement agent will be provided in the Determinate Document.

17.Passport or/and Visa

It is the responsibility of the customer to confirm that his/her current passport is valid for this trip and to obtain a passport and visa prior to the departure of the trip.

18.Visiting souvenir stores

For your convenience, we may take you to souvenir stores during sightseeing and transportation. Although we make every effort to select the best souvenir stores, please be aware that you are responsible for your own purchases. We will not be able to assist with exchanges, returns, or duty-free refunds. To avoid any problems, please be sure to check the merchandise, receive receipts, and complete the necessary procedures for duty-free refunds.

19.Accident and Other Reports

In the event of an accident or other incident during the tour, please notify us immediately at the contact point to be provided in the Determinate Document. (If there are circumstances which prevent such notification, please notify us as soon as the circumstances have ceased to exist.)

20.Travel Insurance

If you are injured while traveling, you may incur significant medical and transportation expenses. In addition, you may be required to pay compensation for damages or compensation in an amount that is difficult to recover from the offender. We recommend that you purchase a sufficient amount of domestic travel accident insurance to prepare for such cases. We offer domestic travel accident insurance by Tokio Marine & Nichido. 21.Handling of Personal Information

• (1)

  When accepting a travel application, we will collect the customer’s personal information, including their name, gender, age, address, telephone number, email address, passport number, and other specified details. It is at the customer’s discretion to choose which items of personal information to provide. However, if the customer does not provide all or part of the required personal information, and this could hinder our ability to communicate with the customer, make travel arrangements, and facilitate the provision of travel services, it may not be possible for us to accept their application or fulfill their request.

• (2)

  The Company will use the personal information obtained in accordance with the preceding item for the purpose of communicating with the customer. Additionally, we will provide the personal information obtained in accordance with the preceding item, as well as personal data related to the passenger's flight details, to transportation and accommodation agencies, service providers, insurance companies, souvenir stores, government agencies, etc., by sending such data by electromagnetic means, etc. in advance. This will be done to the extent necessary for the procedures for arranging and receiving the transportation, accommodation and other travel services (the main transportation and accommodation facilities, etc. are described in the itinerary or Determinate Document) for the trip applied for by the customer, to the extent necessary for insurance procedures to cover the Company’s liability under the tour contract and expenses in the event of an accident, to the extent necessary for the convenience of customers shopping at souvenir stores in the destination, to the extent necessary for the registration of customers on the platform of the Japan Tourism Agency such as “Tour Safety Net” etc. In addition, the Company may use personal information for the following purposes: (ⅰ) to provide information about the Company and its affiliated companies' products, services, and campaigns, (ⅱ) to request feedback and opinions after participating in a trip, (ⅲ) to request surveys, (ⅳ) to offer special services, (ⅴ) to create statistical reports, (ⅵ) to develop and enhance products or services, (ⅶ) to provide advertisements related to new products and services tailored to your interests and preferences by analyzing acquired information such as browsing history and purchase history.

• (3)

  In case of illness or accident during the trip, we will ask for the personal information of the contact person of the customer during the trip. This personal information will only be used by the Company when it deems it necessary to contact the designated person in the event of illness, etc., of the passenger. The customer is responsible for obtaining the contact person's consent to provide their personal information to the Company.

• (4)

  We may outsource part or all of the operations handling personal information acquired in accordance with the paragraph (1) of this section to other companies in the course of providing services such as arrangement agency services, travel accompanying services, and other on-site services at airports etc. In such cases, we will select such outsourcing companies in accordance with our standards, and will entrust personal information to them after signing a confidentiality agreement with them.

• (5)

  We will share the limited set of your personal data necessary for contacting you, including your name, address, phone number, or email address, with our group companies among the personal data we possess. The group companies concerned may use this information for their own business guidance, simplifying your applications, providing event details, and facilitating the delivery of purchased products. Please refer to our websitefor the names of our group companies with which we share your personal data and the group companies responsible for managing personal data (contact point for requests regarding disclosure, correction, deletion, etc., of personal data)

• (6)

  The Company shall promptly respond to requests from customers for notification of purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, elimination, or record of provision to a third party.

• (7)

  We will not handle personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use without the prior consent of the customer, except as permitted by the Personal Information Protection Law and other laws and regulations. However, changes to the purpose of using personal information shall be made only when it is reasonably determined to be related to the previous purpose of use. In the event of a change in the purpose of use, the Company will notify the customer of the revised purpose through the method established by the Company or publicly announce it on the Company’s website

• (8)

  In the following cases, the Company may share personal information with third parties located in foreign countries (referring to countries or regions outside of Japan), including subcontractors and joint users. We will provide personal information such as customer name, gender, age, address, telephone number, email address, passport number, other personal information such as service usage, site browsing history, product purchase history, location information, etc. by sending it by electronic means, as needed, for the arrangement and receipt of the travel services requested by the customer, for providing other products and services, for insurance procedures to cover the Company’s liability under the travel contract and accident expenses, and for the convenience of customers shopping at souvenir stores in the destination.

• (9)

  In addition to the above, please refer to the Company’s websitefor the Company’s privacy policy.

22.Compliance with the General Terms and Conditions

• (1)

  Matters not described in this written explanation of travel conditions shall be in accordance with the Company’s General Terms and Conditions for the Travel Business (Order-made tour contract section). If you would like to receive a copy of the Company’s Travel Business Terms and Conditions, please request it from the Company. You can also find our Travel Business Terms and Conditions on the Company’s website (Under Construction).

• (2)

  The terms and conditions of the travel service providers, including transportation and accommodation facilities, shall be applicable to the travel services provided to the customer during the tour.

23.Main Text, Applicable Law, and Agreed Jurisdictional Court

• (1)

  The original text of these Travel Conditions and other documents related to the tour contract shall be in Japanese. For the convenience of the customer, the Company may translate some or all of these documents into other languages for the customer’s reference only, and in the event of any conflict between the Japanese version and the translated version, the Japanese version shall take precedence over the authentic text.

• (2)

  The travel contract between the Company and the customer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

• (3)

  The Tokyo District Court shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction for any and all disputes between the Company and the customer in connection with the tour contract.
