Terms and Conditions for Arranged Tour

1.Significance of these Travel Conditions

This trip is arranged by ConciergeBANK,CO., LTD (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), and the customer participating in this trip shall conclude a contract for an arranged tour (hereinafter referred to as “tour contract”) with the Company. This document will be treated as the Explanatory Document for Terms and Conditions delivered to the customer in accordance with Article 12–4 of the Travel Agency Act, and if a tour contract is concluded, as part of the Contract Document in accordance with Article 12–5 of the same law and Article 10–1 of our General Travel Conditions for Arranged Tour Contract. The contents of the tour contract which the customer intends to conclude shall be as described in this documents and “Arrangement Trip Application Form (and Explanatory Document for Terms and Conditions)”.

Travel can be categorized into “domestic” travel, which is travel within Japan only, and “international” travel, which is travel outside of Japan.

When a customer requests changes to the contents of the contract, the Company will comply with the customer’s request to the greatest extent possible. In such cases, the Company may change the tour fee. In addition, the following charges will apply:

The special indemnities provisions in the separate sheet of the Company’s General Conditions of Tour Business shall not apply to this tour contract.

The following are examples of items that are prohibited or restricted from being brought into Japan. Violation of these regulations may result in punishment under the Customs Law, etc., or orders to relinquish ownership, disposal, or return shipment.
